Request deletion of your account

From the app

• Open Radical Field and go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
• Tap "Delete account".
• In the "Delete your account?" dialog, tap "Delete" to confirm.

Without installing the app

Write to privacy@radicaltowers.ai from the email address associated with your account, with "Account deletion" as the subject, stating the name of the company you work for. You may also send your request to your employer.

Because accounts are created by employers, we confirm the request with yours before acting on it. We reply within 30 days of receiving your request.

What is deleted

• Your account is deactivated: signing in becomes impossible, on any device.
• Your access rights and the link between your account and your phone are revoked.
• The copy of your identity document, destroyed from our servers.
• Your untransmitted drafts disappear with the app when you uninstall it.

What is kept

• The work orders, reports and photographs you produced. They form the records of the company responsible for the site and are not yours.
• Access-authorisation records — who was authorised to access which facility, and when.
• The number and expiry date of your identity document — not the copy, which is destroyed. These two pieces of data tie your identity to the site visits and access authorisations that concern you; they are kept for the period required by your employer's contract, then destroyed.
• Technical logs, kept for as long as diagnosis requires.
