Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Radical Field is a professional application published by Tours Radicales Inc., 4278 rue Saint-Hubert, Montréal (Québec) H2J 2W7, Canada. This policy covers that mobile application only.

2. Who it is for

The app is not offered to the public and has no open registration. It is reserved for adults invited by the company they work for, which creates their account.

3. Our role, and your employer's

Your employer decides what information is collected about you, what it is used for, and how long it is kept. Tours Radicales Inc. acts on their behalf and on their instructions.

To see your information, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, contact your employer. You may also write to us at privacy@radicaltowers.ai.

4. Information collected

• Identity and contact details — name, email address, telephone number, job title.
• Identity document — the number, the expiry date and, where requested, a copy of the document.
• Credentials and certifications you upload.
• Site-visit photographs and the answers to the forms attached to them.
• Comments you enter.
• A history of your site visits and of the access authorisations granted to you.
• Session data — sign-in tokens and a device identifier.
• Technical logs when an error occurs — message, technical trace, app version and device type.
• Offline drafts — answers and photographs not yet sent remain on your phone until they are transmitted.

5. Use

This information is used to authenticate you, assign you site visits, record the work carried out, verify the credentials required to access a site, keep the app working correctly, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Automated processing

Documents you upload may be analysed automatically, including by artificial-intelligence services, in order to extract the information needed to process them. The contents of those documents are transmitted to the provider concerned for that purpose alone.

7. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal information, do not disclose any of it for advertising purposes, and do not transfer any of it to a third party for that party's own purposes.

The following providers process information on our behalf, under contract:

• Google Cloud — hosting, database and file storage.
• Anthropic — automated analysis of uploaded documents.
• Postmark — sending email.
• Expo — delivering app updates.
• Apple and Google — app distribution.

Your information is also accessible to your employer and to the company responsible for the site where you work. Our authorised personnel may access it in the course of technical support. We may also be required to disclose it where the law demands, or in response to a decision of a competent authority.

8. Hosting

The platform is hosted with Google Cloud, on servers located in the United States, where your information and its backup copies are kept and processed. The provider named in section 6 likewise processes documents outside the country where you work.

9. Retention

Information is kept for the duration of the applicable client contract, then for the period required by legal and contractual obligations, after which it is destroyed or anonymised. Untransmitted drafts remain on your phone until they are sent. You may write to us to find out the period applicable to a particular category of information.

10. Security

Communications between the app and our servers are encrypted, and sign-in tokens are kept in your phone's secure store. Access to information is restricted to those who need it to perform their duties. As no measure is infallible, we do not guarantee absolute security, but we maintain measures that are reasonable and proportionate to the sensitivity of the information.

11. Deleting your account

You can ask for your account to be deleted from within the app: the Profile screen, then "Delete account" at the bottom of the screen. You can also do so without installing the app, by following the procedure described on the "Request deletion of your account" page, or by going through your employer.

The account is then deactivated and your access is revoked. The work orders, reports and photographs you produced, together with the access-authorisation records, are kept: they form the records of the company responsible for the site and are not yours. The copy of your identity document is destroyed. The number and the expiry date, however, are kept: they tie your identity to the site visits you carried out and to the access authorisations granted to you. They are kept for the period required by your employer's contract, then destroyed.

12. Your rights

You have, among others, the right to know what information concerns you, to access it, to have it corrected where it is inaccurate or incomplete, to receive a copy of it, to withdraw your consent, and to request its deletion where the law allows. Deletion may be refused where a legal or contractual obligation requires retention.

Address your request to your employer or to privacy@radicaltowers.ai. We answer within 30 days. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may refer the matter to the competent data-protection authority — the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, or the authority of the country where you work.

13. Person responsible for the protection of personal information

This role is held by the person exercising the highest authority within Tours Radicales Inc. You can reach them at privacy@radicaltowers.ai, or in writing at Tours Radicales Inc., 4278 rue Saint-Hubert, Montréal (Québec) H2J 2W7, Canada.

14. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date shown at the top of the page. Any significant change is signalled in the app before it takes effect.
