What this app is

Radical Field is a work-only app for field technicians who service telecom sites on behalf of a tower operator. It is not open to the public: there is no sign-up. Your account is created by the company you work for, and every screen requires you to be signed in.

So we can help on the first reply, tell us:

• the email address your account uses;
• the company you work for;
• the work order number, if your question is about a specific job;
• your phone model and the app version, shown at the bottom of the Profile tab.

Before you write

You cannot sign in. Accounts are created and closed by your employer, not by us. If your account was never created, was closed, or your access to a site was revoked, your employer is the one who can act — contact them first.

Your PIN unlocks the app on the phone you set it up on. On a new phone, sign in again with your email address and password, then set a PIN for that phone.

A site with no coverage does not lose your work. Photos and reports are held on the phone and sent on their own once you are back in range. If the server rejects something, the app lists it with the reason it gave — send us that reason if it is not clear.
